John oversees financial planning initiatives for the team, and he is passionate about helping clients prepare for their financial futures. He also focuses on issues related to Social Security, Medicare, income tax and employee benefits.

What makes me knowledgeable

For more than 20 years, John has been helping clients advance toward their financial goals. In addition to working as a financial planner, he has served as a financial analyst and advisor for a nationally recognized wealth management firm and an auditor for a pension benefit fund. John earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER certification and completed the Financial Planning Certificate Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition, he holds a B.S. in accounting from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.

Getting to know me

John lives in Morris Plains, New Jersey, with his wife, Tara, and sons, Sean and Brian. He is an active member of the Morris Plains community, where he coaches baseball, basketball and soccer. John also serves on the board of the Morris Plains Little League.
